The Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) hosted another successful charity pancake breakfast in support of White Buffalo Youth Lodge (WBYL) on August 21, 2025.

This year was SIGA’s 7th Annual Charity Pancake Breakfast which raised a total of $65,000 making it SIGA’s most successful pancake breakfast fundraiser to date!

The Lodge is dedicated to improving the quality of life and health for children, youth, young adults, and their families in the inner city through integrated, holistic support services.

Since the first Charity Pancake Breakfast, SIGA has raised over $185,000 towards programming at the Lodge.

SIGA’s partnership with White Buffalo Youth Lodge reflects SIGA’s guiding principle of Wîtaskêwin, which in today’s terms means sharing of the land or sharing resources.

The funds raised this year will go directly to support WBYL’s Youth Council. The council is a youth mentorship and leadership program led by youth for youth. They participate in leadership activities, do fundraising and learning opportunities, as well as learn about sport, culture and mentorship.
