Health and Safety Measures
Are facial masks required?
It is optional for staff and guests to continue to use face coverings to minimize the transmission of COVID-19.
Guests electing to utilize face masks will be required to lower briefly during entry to casino properties for Surveillance purposes.
Is there a guest capacity limit?
Occupancy restrictions have been lifted and the casino has returned to pre-pandemic capacity regulations.
Are there physical distancing requirements or barriers?
Physical distancing is encouraged and barriers will remain between most slot machines.
How often are you cleaning the slot machines and electronic table games?
These will be cleaned at a minimum every four hours. Guests will also have access to disinfecting wipes to use as often as they like.
How often are you cleaning the bathrooms?
These will be cleaned at a minimum every hour.
What cleaning products are you using?
We use proven effective disinfectants approved for use by the government of Saskatchewan, containing a minimum of 70% alcohol (EP50 – EP66), as well as Lysol wipes, aqueous Ozone, and soap/water.
Are out-of-province and out-of-country guests allowed in the casino?
Yes, all guests are welcome given they have adhered to federal travel regulations, if applicable.
Do you have any air quality precautions?
We have increased the fresh air intake in all our Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems.
Guest Experience
Slot Machines
All slot machines are available to play. Masks can be temporarily removed while you enjoy food or a beverage.
Table Games
Live table games are available at most SIGA Casinos. ‘The Circuit’ electronic table games are available at all SIGA Casinos.
Food & Beverage
The casino restaurants, bars, and delis are open. In addition, guests are permitted to eat and drink while gaming.

Member Points Balance
During the time of our casino closure, your Club account points did not expire. To view your points balance and redeem them for cash, simply insert your Club card into any slot machine and follow the prompts. If you require assistance, please ask any SIGA team member.
Entertainment, and Events
All public health orders issued by the Saskatchewan Chief Medical Health Officer will apply to events hosted at SIGA Casinos. Refunds will be temporary permitted up to three days before the ticketed event.
Refund for a Cancelled Show
If you have purchased tickets to a SIGA show that has been postponed, your tickets will be valid for the future rescheduled date. If you would like a ticket refund, your options include:
- If you purchased your tickets by credit card online or in-person, please call or visit the Box Office for a refund
- If you purchased your tickets by debit card or cash, please visit the casino Box Office for a refund
Smoking
Smoking is permitted in the designated sections of our casinos.
Coat Check
Coat Check is available at SIGA Casinos. Health & Safety parameters are in place to ensure no overcrowding of coats.
Shuttle Services
Free shuttle service to and from our casinos remains temporarily closed at this time.
